It might be a child or young person in New Zealand Boys\u2019 or Girls\u2019 Brigade, a Defence Force member in the Navy, Army or Airforce searching for hope, or someone waiting to encounter God\u2019s Word in the M\u0101ori language.<\/p>\n

Here at Bible Society we are\u00a0currently working with these agencies to help make this dream possible in 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n

As we come to the end of 2025, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for your prayers, generosity, and support for Bible Society New Zealand. Your faithfulness this year has made an eternal difference.<\/p>\n

Because of you, we\u2019ve been able to champion 49 projects across 25 countries\u2014supporting Bible translation, trauma-healing initiatives, and Bible literacy programmes. Your partnership has helped thousands of children hear the Easter and Christmas stories here in New Zealand, made possible the launch of the first complete Tokelauan Bible, and enabled the continued release of the M\u0101ori Audio Bible.<\/p>\n

These are just a few examples of the impact your support has made possible.<\/p>\n

Throughout history, the spread of the Gospel has been carried by faithful Gospel patrons\u2014people like Humphrey Monmouth, who supported William Tyndale, Lady Selina Hastings, who stood behind George Whitefield, and John Thornton, who encouraged John Newton and William Wilberforce. Without them, the Gospel would not have advanced as it did.<\/p>\n

Today, you<\/strong> are our Gospel patrons. Your partnership ensures this mission continues as we enter our 180th year in 2026.<\/p>\n
