Arab Israel Bible Society: Help provide staff support and Scripture resources so they can continue serving a Christian community of around 185,000 people.
Finding Healing Through God's Word
Amal, a devoted mother of two, has faced many of the challenges experienced by women living amid conflict and uncertainty. Despite carrying the weight of trauma and hardship, she remained committed to raising her children in the faith and trusting God through every season.
Everything changed when Amal attended a Trauma Healing Conference run by the Arab Israeli Bible Society.
For the first time, she found a safe space to share her experiences and reflect on God’s purpose for her life.
“The sessions helped me understand God’s purpose for my life and realise there is so much more to learn about myself and others,” she shared.
Through Scripture-based teaching, Amal discovered the freedom of placing her fears and burdens into God’s hands. She learned to respond to others with greater compassion and found renewed peace in the assurance that nothing can separate her from God’s love.
Amal arrived carrying unseen wounds. She left knowing she was not alone. Through God’s Word and the support of a caring Christian community, she found healing, hope, and strength for the future.
Today, countless others across Iraq, Israel, and Turkey are searching for the same hope.
