A Gift In Your Will

Leave A Gift In Your Will & Have An Impact On Generations To Come

By leaving a bequest to Bible Society, you join many others in ensuring more lives will continue to be transformed by the message of the Bible, long into the future.

Your Legacy

A Gift That Keeps On Giving

Committing a legacy to Bible mission after you’re gone is one of the most enduring ways to support the work. Your gift will be used for our shared mission of helping make the Bible accessible to everyone and encouraging interaction with it.

A bequest can be approachable for more people when the legacy isn’t necessarily a large amount, and sits comfortably alongside other beneficiaries of your will. If you’d like to consider it, our bequest team would love to help — call 0800 424 253.

Did You Know?

You can leave these types of gifts in your will:

  • A Cash Gift
  • Shares

How It Works

How To Leave A Gift In Your Will

01

ASk Us

Contact us on 0800 424 253 ext 848 or use the form below for more information about how a gift in your will can benefit the mission.

02

See Your Advisor

Arrange to make or update your will with your legal advisor. Our legal name is The Bible Society in New Zealand (Inc), charity number CC62927.

03

Choose An Account

Bequests can be any amount. Some find a smaller share, say 5% of your estate, sits most comfortably alongside other beneficiaries.

04

Let Us Know

We understand your will is private, but we’d love to thank you. If you’d prefer your gift to remain anonymous, that will always be honoured.

A Lasting Legacy

Neville’s Lasting Legacy

Neville Taylor loved the Bible. He made it his life’s work to ensure the Mbai people in Chad could read the Bible in their own language. His passion was so strong he wanted to continue the legacy of Bible work after his death, by making a gift to Bible Society in his will.

His gift will have an impact not just on this generation, but for several to come.
