Over a year, you'll explore 28 Old Testament and 24 New Testament passages, with study questions, reflection activities, prayers, and memory verses to help you engage more deeply with Scripture.
The Timeline
So… What Is Covered?
The plan revolves around a SIMPLIFIED timeline that lets readers understand the key elements, events and stories of the Bible without getting buried in the details. Each week has selected readings, a memory verse and challenges that apply the scriptures in a meaningful, practical way.
Old Testament
Begin with the Creation Story, take a “deep dive” into the fall in Genesis 3, then examine the lives of leading characters, Abraham, Moses, Joshua and Esther and the writings of the major prophets, priests and kings.
New Testament
Explore God’s plan of redemption through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus. Readings from the four gospels, Paul’s writings and the epistles cover communion, repentance, baptism and the Holy Spirit.
A Closing Journey
The plan draws to a close with reflections on prayer, faith & love, wisdom, suffering and the hope of a new world to come.
