We believe the Bible has the power to transform lives and communities. For nearly 180 years, Bible Society New Zealand has partnered with churches, schools, ministries and individuals to ensure that the Word of God is not only available, but actively read, shared and lived out across New Zealand and beyond. We are part of the United Bible Societies, a fellowship of 156 Bible Societies serving more than 240 countries and territories. What we do here is joined to what God is doing everywhere.

This month we're Supporting: Bangladesh

In 2018, the United Bible Societies Fellowship developed a bold vision, to complete 1,200 Scripture translations by 2038. Of those, 880 are first translations, and another 320 are new or revised translations.

At a cost of about $500 million USD, the Roadmap will open the Word of God to 600 million people worldwide, many for the very first time.
