THE CAUSE
In the spirit of the Lord’s command to bring good news to every corner of the world, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to hear the truth and good news of the gospel.
That’s why we are partnering with Bible Societies in Kyrgyzstan, Zimbabwe, and Uganda, where many people are still waiting for Scripture they can easily read or hear. These teams are working tirelessly to provide audio Scriptures and Braille Bibles, helping ensure that God’s Word is accessible those who are visually impaired, illiterate, or impoverished.

THE IMPACT
Your gift today will help:
📖 Kyrgyzstan: Support the Planting House Churches in Kyrgyzstan and Central Asia project. In 2026, the Bible Society plans to distribute more than 6,000 devices loaded with audio and video Bibles for people with low literacy, the elderly, and those living in areas with limited internet access.
📖 Zimbabwe: Expand the Faith Comes by Hearing project, reaching 450 people with low literacy through audio Bibles in their own languages using compact digital players known as Proclaimers and Torch Audio Bibles.
📖 Uganda: Provide Braille Bibles for 10,000 people with visual disabilities across four regions, bringing dignity, hope, and the opportunity to encounter God’s Word for themselves.

On behalf of everyone at Bible Society New Zealand, thank you for your prayers and generous support. Because of you, we’ve been able to celebrate some significant milestones and continue sharing God’s Word with people who need it most.
This year we celebrated the launch of the Urak Lawoi Bible translation in Thailand and, closer to home, the first-ever complete Bible for the people of Tokelau—a historic moment that will bless generations to come. We also released a newly updated Cook Islands Māori Bible, helping ensure God’s Word remains accessible in the heart language of Cook Islands communities in New Zealand.
Your support also helped distribute more than 190,000 Bibles and Scripture resources across homes, prisons, schools, churches, and communities throughout the country.
Globally, your generosity supported 49 Bible projects, helping address Bible poverty and strengthen Bible engagement.
